Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriotte 2018 ^Sale

Celine Fontaine has effectively taken over the running of the estate. She runs the winemaking along very traditional lines , using native yeasts to ferment the must and ages the wine in used oak for 12 months. The Boudriotte site lies within the grounds of the Morgeot Abbey on a gentle east facing slope on soils of gravel , clay and limestone. This is an excellent producer of Chassagne.
