La Chablisienne, 'La Pierrelee', Chablis, Burgundy, France, 2022
La Pierrelée (“The Stones”) references the soils of the Burgundy region and the mineral edge of classic Chablis style. On the nose it is fresh, white-fleshed fruit with a hint of spiciness. Mineral, but with a lovely density of fruit, this is an extremely well balanced expression of Chablis
