This organic Prosecco frizzante is semi-sparkling, low in alcohol and remarkably fresh and quaffable. Delicate flavours of white flowers, peaches and apples with gentle bubbles. If only all prosecco was this good!!
Tuffeau, Blanc De Blancs, Brut Nature, Loire, France, 2023
The name of this cuvée, ‘Tuffeau’ refers to the creamy white stone, so typical of this part of the Loire Valley, which makes for beautiful buildings as well as crisp, mineral and balanced sparkling wines.
Maria Casanovas, Brut de Brut, Cava, Penedes, Spain
The eponymous estate Cava Maria Casanovas was established in 1984. It has become renowned for its high-quality Brut Nature Cavas. The grapes are sourced from their own 9ha of vineyards in Penedes DO.
