Yves operates his vineyards following 'Lutte Riasonnee' and is converting the estate to organics. Because of the difficult topography he also carries out all vineyard work by hand.. This Marsanne is grown on granite soils, fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel and allowed to develop on its lees for 6 months. This style is designed to be drunk in its youth when it retains its fresh and fruity vibrancy.
