A collaboration between the iconic Nicolas Reau and the owner of cave de Pyrene, Eric Narioo. The vines are organic and the wine is bottled without filtration or fining. It's a bit cloudy but with a great raw energy. It has lots of crunchy apple character and a hint of salinity. It's 12% ABV and a Natural wine. Cannot imagine a better wine with oysters ......
