Champagne Ruinart is the oldest established champagne house, dating back to its foundation by Benedictine monk Thierry Ruinart in 1729, and its wines are particularly renowned for their fresh, mineral Chardonnay influence.
Brut Rosé from Maison Ruinart is the very first rosé champagne ever created. It is elaborated from 45% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Noir (18 to 19% of it being vinified as red), and completed with 20 to 25% of reserve wine from the two previous years. The Chardonnay’s freshness perfectly balances the roundness and nature of Pinot Noir.
