The Arbois Chardonnay is made from a blend of several single vineyards between the villages of Arbois and Villette hand harvested, vinified separately, alcoholic fermentation and malolactic conversion (100% completed) are spontaneous. Wines are barrel fermented and aged in barrels. Neutral French oak barrels are used with no new oak. On the lees fermentation, no racking or stirring, regular topping-up of the barrels for 14 months. Suitable for vegans.
