The Pugibet family have been regarded by some to be maverick in their pursuit of organic wine making. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has a touch of ripeness that surprises as the alcohol is only 11.5%. It's dry, crisp with great Sauvignon typicity , but not the grapefruit style from the Loire. Delicious.
