Philippe and Elodie produce this wine using vines planted in 1920 and 1954. They manage the estate as naturally as possible, hand harvesting the grapes that are grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak, 25% of which is new. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining. These are elegant wines that show great 'Nuits' typicity.
