Martin and his wife Patricia practise biodynamic and organic viticultural winemaking in the O'Rosal sub-region of Rias Baixas in Northern Spain. This is nothing like the typical Albarino we are used to. A coupage, with 90% of Albarino and 5% each of Caino and Loureiro. It is more textural, it is perfumed , lovely balanced alcohol at 12.5% and a gorgeous minerality.
