We are excited about this new find. Jerome is not from a winemaking background and bought his first tiny plot in burgundy in 2002. He farms organically and follows some Biodynamic practices.. This is made with 100% whole bunch and aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months, 30% of which is new. His style of vinification is delicate.
