Frédéric Lafarge called the 2018 vintage a 'superb vintage that produced extraordinary wines'. The estate is run biodynamically adhering to traditional winemaking practices . Only a small percentage of new oak is used, all the fruit is destemmed before pressing. They have approximately 10 h/a of vines on some of the very best sites. The estate is undoubtedly one of the finest in Volnay. The wines and fragrant , focused and complex.
