"Barrel sample from this morning to bottle in February. The barrels are either one year old (60%) or new (40%), with just a quarter of a usual crop made in 2024. Deepish purple in colour, the Dugat Gevrey-Chambertin shows the oak a touch, but with a vibrant juicy red fruit, good acidity and length. Drink from 2028-2033.
