Domaine Anne Gros is one of the most respected names in Burgundy . Anne took over from her father, Francois in the late 1980's. She has farmed sustainably since and follows both organic and biodynamic practices. Her daughter Francois has taken over the day to day running of the estate.
Since 2017 they have stepped back on the use of new oak in the maturation of the wines.
From a plot just above Vosne Romanee on the upper slopes with deeper clay soil. Aged 12 months in 500 litre Cask , 25% of which is new.
