Yves Canarelli farms biodynamically since 2006 and has championed the use of rare indigenous varietals. He uses 50% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu and 20% Grenache which is 100% whole cluster. This is light, elegant and spicy. Really well balanced and a long delicate finish.
