Stephanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel run this tiny estate in the Vallee de la Marne using 100% Pinot Meunier. They are organic and Biodynamic.  The wine has zero dosage and is aged is used oak for 10 months. From the single vineyard site of Connigis. 1,500 bottles made.
