Marie-Pierre is one of the few women winemakers in Jura and maintains this tiny estate meticulously. The 4.5h/a are located in Chateau-Chalon. She farms following Lutte-Raisonnee methodology. She prefers the use of CO2 instead of SO2, doesn't use oak for her reds and old oak casks for ageing the whites.
