Chateau d'Oupia is a 64ha estate in Minervois. This wine is a blend of Carignan, Syrah & Grenache harvested by hand and barrel aged for 12 months. Rich with ripe dark berry fruit, fine grain tannins and a long finish. A perfect match for venison.
