This edition, Tome II built on the 2023 harvest, is a Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, vinified by gravity in oak barrels without fining, racking or filtration and with barrels left unfilled, in a process that supports the natural evolution of the wine and the aromatic development born from gentle contact with oxygen. After the tirage comes an ageing on its own lees for a minimum period of 24 months, while at dégorgement the final dosage of 1.5 g/l, in an Extra Brut style, safeguards its transparency and expressive clarity.
