One of the most respected wineries not only on the island of Santorini but in Greece. This Assyrtiko is fermented in a mix of old wood and stainless steel. they follow organic principles and plough inter-vine using mules. The average vine age is over 70 years. the winery was established in 1903. The wood element accentuates the varietal texture of Assyrtiko. A hint of butterscotch , rounded and intense. White orchard fruit with a very subtle spice.....wonderful.
