Burgundy may be one of, if not the best, known of all the wine producing regions in the world. It’s famous grapes, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, produce some of the worlds greatest wines, gracing the tables and cellars of the finest restaurants in the world, and enjoyed by the great and the good(and not so good!!). Often imitated and rarely matched, the wines of Burgundy come in a myriad of styles, both red and white, each contains there own secrets. Leading us through these wines and secrets will be Conor Richardson and Aga Niemiec of Vinos Tito wine importers and a fountain of knowledge on all things Pinot and Chardonnay.
