Unique red cuvée produced in 2024, following the significant damage of the frost that raged in the Jura and the very low harvest that followed, Julien en Billat - The Terrible Child of the South of Domaine Ganevat assembles the Pinot Noir of all the terroirs of the estate with native grape varieties such as the Poulsard and the Trousseau. On these hillsides between Vercia, Grusse and Rotalier, the vines interfere in the soils of marls where some shale veins mix. This cuvée is vinified in whole clusters with a semi-carbon cold maceration, in order to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
