This is the 8th vintage from Francois Duvivier and Marquis d'Angerville. The estate is run biodynamically and the Savagnin ( Traminer) is made from multiple plots. It's topped-up (Ouille) so you don't get the oxidative notes on the wine which is intensely mineral . Aged in large barrel, 20% of which is new. Jancis Robinson gave this 17.5/20.
