Antoine Bouvet works with 5ha of vines in the eastern end of the Marne Valley. He works alone since 2015 and follows biodynamic principles. His vines are organic. This is a rose assemblage, 82% Vin Blanc and 18% Vin Saignee. Its is comprised of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Its is Extra Brut with a dosage of 3g/L.
