This prestigious estate has been a family run domaine since 1835. In 2017 Adele and Elsa took over the running of the Domaine from their father Thierry. In 2000 the estate was converted to organic viticulture.
"Mid lemon yellow, riper and sunnier but in a pleasingly floral idiom. I love the balance to this and there is a fine thread of acidity which really sets this apart, and a lovely little citrus tint to the fresh yet ripe apples. Grapes from the young vines caught the sun, did not make the cut and were sold off. What they bottled is marvellous though! Drink from 2028-2035. "
