New blend, produced from purchased grapes, always from the same grower since 2017. 50% Riesling, 40% Gewurztraminer, 10% Muscat, and 10% Pinot Blanc, all from organically farmed, hand-harvested vines. The Riesling is pressed directly, while the other varieties macerate as whole clusters for 15 days. All free-run and press juices are blended, aged in barrels with no new oak. Bottled without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
An aromatic, light, and fresh wine, Alice and Olivier tell us, with indulgent notes of stone fruits and beeswax. The palate: this is a sound, balanced juice, with lovely a body and texture.
