Tenuta Bellafonte uses 100% Spoletino in this white wine. The wines are aged in stainless steel to maximise the freshness. the wine has a touch of weight or creaminess, golden ripe peach, hints of almonds and a saline finish.

This is what i call a food wine and I'm thinking hard cheeses, chicken or meaty fish dishes. We loved this.
