Often imitated and rarely matched, the wines of Burgundy come in a myriad of styles, both red and white, each contains there own secrets.

Champagne. A wine associated with quality and celebration. Dominated by large 'Maisons', increasingly we are seeing more grower-producers, Growers typically own small parcels of vineyards in very specific places within the Champagne region. They tend to their vines all year and harvest their grapes on their own. Because their sparkling wines are crafted with grapes from specific parcels of land and blended in small lots, they tend to taste very distinct and different every year.

With that in mind we have embarked on a programme of consolidation of our wine offering to make sure that all our wines and their producers are engaged in looking after the land and environment that they work.
