Join us from 6:30pm on Wednesday the 24th of June for a tasting of Japans iconic drink, Sake hosted by Colly Murray.
With a history of well over 1000 years of production, Sake is an alcoholic beverage made from rice through fermentation and filtration and the use of a fungi called koji. This is the very basics of sake, and we aim to enlighten and unravel the may intricacies, varieties and the terms associated with this amazing beverage.
Our host Colly Murray, is Ireland's expert in all things sake, and will be our guide for the evening, into the world of this most fascinating of drinks.
