"Our Beerenauslese Cuvee is made from fully matured grapes of Grüner Veltliner and Chardonnay on equal parts and shows a deep golden color. In the nose it seduces with fruity aroma of winter apples, stone fruit and citrus backed-up with peppery spiciness. This Beerenauslese shows incredibly deep fruit on the palate and has a fascinating balance between sweetness and fine acidity. A perfect food companion for spicy blue-cream cheeses!
