100% Syrah made form a number of plots in the IGP Collines Rhodaniennes region. Each plot is vinified seperately, aged for 8 months in barrels, then blended at bottling. Deep inky black, with aromas of black and red fruits, cracked pepper, and a touch of liquorice. The palate is fleshy and full, supported by velvety tannins and a core of ripe fruit.
