Sting and Trudie Styler restored the beautiful estate of Il Palagio, a 16th-century villa and vineyards.. The wine is made with biodynamically grown grapes. It is a blend dominated by Sangiovese with the two traditional partners, Canaiolo and Colorino amking up the blend. It is aged in stainless steel which adds an edginess to the finished wine. I love this style, fresh with sour cherry and spice. Perfect with grilled meats or salami dishes.
