Gernot Kollman is passionate about the historical methodology of wine making in this near impossible and extreme region for grape growing. Everything is carried out manually in this organic estate and very low SO2 levels added at bottling . Crisp crunchy green fruits , lime zest and taut. Low alcohol at 11.5% but bone dry and electric.......stunning.
