A collaboration between two powerhouses of wine making heritage, Perrin family of Chateau de Beaucastel and the Haas family. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne and Clairette Blanche. Both organic and biodynamic winemaking.
The wine is fermented using natural yeasts and in stainless steel to retain the maximum freshness.
