Oliviere is a sustainable winemaker who farms organically and follows biodynamic practices. This is a contemporary 'Rioja' where the wines are unmarked by wood character. He uses a blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Graciano which are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wines are suitable for vegans and are treated with a minimal dose of SO2.
