Elysium is Greek for Heaven, a fitting association for this excellent wine made by Andrew Quady. Black Muscat, is one of the few black skinned muscats and when well ripened , it attains a rose-like aroma and lychee and bright cherry flavours. It's divine with desserts that combine red fruit and chocolate.
