Produttori del Barbaresco is often regarded(and rightly so in my humble opinion)as the best Co-op in the world. With 51 members and 100 hectares, they make some of the best Nebbiolo's in the world. In the best Vintages nine single vineyard Barbaresco's, a Barbaresco D.O.C.G and a Langhe Nebbiolo are made.
"The Barbaresco Riserva Pajè 2021 is a deep, dense wine. Strong spicy and balsamic notes envelop a core of dark fruit. The Pajè is a brooding, dense powerhouse that needs a few more years to develop its full expressiveness. Time in the glass will bring out its complex, dynamic personality and the full breadth of the wine."
