Tiago Teles and Antonio Marques da Cruz regenerated these old elevated vines just north of Lisbon a few kilometres from the Atlantic. Here they use the very rare Vital grape, use organic viticulture, native yeasts, hand harvest, ferment on the skins in concrete vats for 4 days and bottle without filtration .
This is technically an 'orange' wine but is is very clean and fresh. It's dry with a light textural aspect. It is saline with stone fruits and a slight savoury edge. a wonderful food wine.
