Pieropan, Soave Classico, 'La Rocca', Soave, Italy, 2022 ^Sale

In 1890 the Pieropan family first made a bottle of Soave and in 1970 the now sadly deceased Nino Pieropan made the first single vineyard wine in the region, Calvarino. The estate is now run by his two sons Andrea and Dario. The estate is also organically farmed. This is 100% Garganega and aged in large oak cask/botti for 12 months.
