A highly distinguished and racy wine. It is fermented dry, with a pure mineral nose and hints of ginger and pineapple. Rich and ripe on the palate with nectarine and peach flavours and a hint of orange peel. The finish is pristine and balanced with a penetrating and harmonious acidity.
