A 100% Chenin, on the nose it is a little honeyed, with some zesty citrus notes displaying a little like a sweet wine. In the mouth it is rich and fresh with green apple and golden . pear flavours. There is great structure and complexity to this wine, which finishes dry and with gentle tannins on the palate. A small amount of natural volcanic sulphur is added at bottling.
