There was a whiff of toast, smoke and straw in the nose of the 2021 Goliardo A Telleira, which displays a golden colour. The wine shows some more development. It fermented in a 750-liter barrel and matured in 500-liter barrels for 12 months. 2,500 bottles were filled in August 2022.-Luis Gutierrez
