This mineral-driven white wine from Filipa Pato is akin to top quality white Burgundy. Using the Bical grape, the wine is aged in old French oak barrels with 20% in Austrian oak, and displays a great balance between creamy richness and lean minerality. One for lover's of the more full-bodied styles of wine but with great balancing tension.
