Eric Bordelet is a former Michelin Star Sommelier who now farms approx. 15 Ha of orchards in Normandy. He farms biodynamically and grows 20 varieties of apples and 15 varieties of pears. They are amongst the finest ciders we have tasted and have the ability to age and further develop in bottle.
