Yves operates his vineyards following 'Lutte Riasonnee' and is converting the estate to organics. Because of the difficult topography he also carries out all vineyard work by hand.. This Viognier is grown on south/southwest facing slopes on granite soils, fermented with natural yeast in barrels for 9 months.
