An organic sparkling Rose from the coldest part of Greece. This is bone dry wine made in the 'Methode Traditionnelle', with an emphasis on ethical farming, which they work biodynamically. A blend of ungrafted Xinomavro and the very rare Limniona. The vineyards are 700 metres high. Crisp, dry with notes of wild strawberry and pomegranate. With only 11.5% ABV this is a refreshing aperitif or perfect with smoked salmon, spicy prawns or tuna sushi.
