The Bousquet family have successfully made wine in the Carcassonne area of Southern France for four generations but in the late 1990’s they began a new venture here in the high altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley, Argentina. Here the Bousquet family find they have ideal grape growing conditions and all their grapes are organically grown. Meticulous care is also taken in the winery ensuring that the natural flavours in the wine best express themselves.
This is a fragrant, juicy style of Malbec, with plenty of blackberry fruit and a touch of spice too. It’s medium rather than full-bodied and is extremely easy to drink, with a long, fresh, red and black fruit finish.
