Domaine de Chevalier, Grand Cru Classe de Graves Blanc, Pessac Leognan, 2019 ^Sale

Consistently one of my favourite estates in Pessac for producing elegant balanced wines . Olivier Bernard used 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon and aged the wine in 35% new oak cask

William Kelly, Wine Advocate, was very impressed and awarded 96/100 points and suggested drinking it between 2025 and 2050.
