This wonderful wine is made from 100% Assyrtiko which is grown using organic practices, at 400 metres altitude on lime stone soils. This is chalky, tight and energetic. A clean lemon/citrus style with balance and great length. It's 12.8% in alcohol. An elegant introduction on the great white grape of Greece. stainless steel gives it that edge.
