Andrea Costanti is from a 200 year family line in wine-making in Tuscany. The estate is amongst the top tier in the region. Vineyards are 400 metres above sea level and the 100% Sangiovese vines are growing on galestro soil. He farms organically. The wine is aged in a mixture of used oak for 3 years and then in bottle for two years before release. They are suitable for vegans.
